Fitness Training Classes
Bat, Battery & Biceps is pleased to offer an exciting fitness training program for pre-teens and teenagers that focuses on development of the fast-twitch muscle fibers, which are highly influential to athletic achievement. This is accomplished through energy system development (ESD) conditioning. ESD conditioning is the type of conditioning in which multiple rapid drills are performed in short succession. An example would be having an athlete perform 8-10 high intensity exercises for 30 seconds straight, with 15 second rest intervals between exercises. The program's curriculum is designed by Cindy Gwynn, CPT, who earned her Explosive Trainer Master Performance certification in March 2005. Strength and Speed Development TrainingBat, Battery & Biceps is pleased to offer a strength and conditioning program, for children, designed to help build body strength, as well as self-esteem.Our strength and conditioning program helps make sports more fun by helping the young athletes participate longer with fewer injuries!

Rates:The prices below are for number of classes registered, not days. If a child signs up for a Strength Class on Monday and Wednesday at 4:00 and a Speed Class on Monday and Wednesday at 4:45, the cost is $110 per month (4 classes each week). All Strength and Speed classes are 45 minutes long each.
